Welcome to Politz Yeshiva & Bais Yaakov!

Please follow the instructions below to begin the admissions process.

1. Submit an Online Application

New families to Politz Yeshiva & Bais Yaakov must register through FACTS to begin the admissions process. Create an online account by clicking here. The system will send a verification email to the email address provided.

Once your account is set up, go to the FACTS website and select “Family Log In” and then “FACTS Family Portal.” Enter the District Code (PHA-PA) followed by your username and password. Once you are logged in, select “Apply/Enroll” > “Application” > “Click Here to Open Application”> “Create a New Student Application.” Fill out the information and click “Submit.” Click on “Start Application” to begin.

All parts of the application must be completed before your children will be considered for acceptance.

2. Interview

Once an application has been submitted, a member of our administrative team will reach out to schedule an interview with the Head of School and/or Menahel. Both the applicant and the applicant’s parents are invited so that we can get to know your family and your child.

3. Application Review

All applications will be reviewed by our administration and a determination regarding your child’s acceptance will be made.

4. Enrollment

Upon acceptance, you will be required to enroll your child to secure your spot. The enrollment process requires submission of medical and dental forms. Once enrolled, you will have the opportunity to submit a financial aid application to be considered for tuition assistance if needed.
