Our Admissions Process
1. Online Application

**Please note, students must be 5 years old on or before September 1st of the year they wish to enroll in Kindergarten.**
You will be required to upload the following documents through the online application:
● Immunization records
● Most recent report card (for students entering 1st-8th grade)
● Standardized test scores, if applicable
● Diagnostic or psychological evaluation results, if applicable
There will be a $65 application fee at packet submission.
2. Interview
After all forms are submitted, a member of our administrative team will reach out to schedule an interview.
3. Enrollment
Parents who receive an acceptance email will have two weeks to complete enrollment.
4. Financial Aid (if applicable)
All families requesting financial aid are required to submit a financial aid application through FACTS. The deadline to submit an application is February 20th. For applications received after this date, scholarships will be limited based on the availability of funds.
Philadelphia residents requesting financial aid will also be required to apply for a scholarship through the Children’s Scholarship Fund of Philadelphia (CSFP). The deadline to submit an application is March 1, 2026.
